Donations of food water and clothing were channelled towards the victims of the cyclone Idai hich left thousands homeless and vulnerable.

After a year of little rains, 2016 left a number of families with nothing to eat. ZLG took the initative of donating water to a number of families in selected remote areas.

The infamous Tokwe Mukosi floods took away the lives of many and left hundreds of families stranded and homeless. To avoid a probable rise in water-bourne diseases ZLG played its part by providing clean water, food and goods worth well over USD$18000.

In the match between Caps united and Dynamos FC which was played at Ruaro Stadium, ZLG played a crucial role in organising and sponsoring of kits as well as the prize money.

For the first time in the history of sports, Zimbabweans were taken aback with the amaizing old type of football, chikweshe. Several teams were gathered from nearby cities to come and compete in this game, and yes the rest is history.
